The location of the hotel was good, to State Park. What's more, it was very close to dining options, a safe area, and restaurants.

Just a suitable option for a weekend stopover in Marianna with excellent value. The hard bed was uncomfortable but manageable for one night. Bring your own snacks. Breakfast options are limited.

The air conditioner work, they never cleaned the room, the shower was yucky.

Location near restaurants and gas stations, Florida and softball fields. Also, to State Park. Brand-new, impeccably clean room with the bathroom, microwave and refridgerator. Good food for dinner and breakfast.

the bedding didn't smell or seem very clean and fresh and the carpet needs replacing and the overall comfort level was just ok...but for the price I guess it was to be expected.

What you'll love and what you won't
The room was clean and included a microwave and fridge,, providing basic comfort. The pool area was inviting.
Unfortunately, the location was noisy due to nearby truck traffic,, and continuous disturbances disrupted our sleep during the night.

Bed and pillows were comfy. The lady in the morning and was much friendly than the other lady.
The lady that checked us in at nighttime was extremely rude and unpleasant. Not much of a selection on breakfast.

did not like the idea of having only 3 towels for 6 and having to go to office after 3 took shower to take the 3 used towels to get 3 more for the rest to take showers because they would not give us more towels. I take shower night and morning . this was very inconvienant

the bed was good, didn't go for the breakfast. the smoking room was great don't see that anymore.
the pillows,next time we'll bring ours.Stayed 2 nights no decaf and more creamer for the 2 of us the next morn.

A Mixed Stay with Room for Improvement
Stayed one night as a solo traveler and was shocked by the cleanliness. The staff was friendly, but the room felt humid and the floors were dirty. On the bright side, I enjoyed the convenience of a nearby Walmart for supplies. Bring your own sheets just in case!

I didn't do the breakfast because I slept in. The maid service was very good. My room was clean and always had clean towels for my three day stay.
I didn't like the fact that my room key didn't work twice when I was coming back from a day out. Had to go to front desk to get it reprogrammed.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, I encountered dead roaches on the coffee pot, and the bathroom door was broken, leading to a frustrating experience getting stuck inside. The breakfast options were very limited and stale, leaving much to be desired. For a one-night stay, it might be passable, but longer visits could be challenging.
